Diversified Consulting & Support Services, Inc.

Welcome New Tax Clients

It is with great pleasure to welcome you to Diversified Consulting and Support Services.

You have been referred to us by one of our clients as someone very much aware of the need for everyone to have good tax representation. Diversified Consulting has been built on its reputation and referrals. For years this has been our tradition- no advertising or other promotional work, just our name and referrals have been our strength. My staff and I offer a personal and open-minded approach to taxation, and try to reduce the stress of tax time. We work for and with you, not the IRS, and we'll advise, direct, and suggest all possible legal methods to lower taxation.

During your first visit it is important for you to bring as much information as possible to allow us to get to know you and your tax history as best as possible.

You will need to provide the following information:

Complete and bring:  Insure that you have enough time to complete the Personal Information, Miscellaneous Information and the Engagement Letter & Authorization forms as they cannot be saved and completed at a later time.  When completed, print and bring the documents to your scheduled appointment.  Or you may print the forms and complete manually.

Bring - Personal taxes:

  • One past year tax return, and;
  • Income statements - Example; W2's, 1099's and Interest Statements
  • Expense information - Example; mortgage interest, property tax, vehicle registration, medical bills/insurance

Bring - If you owned and operated a business:

  • Two past year tax returns, and;
  • All business books that were used, or
  • Make sure you bring all business revenues and expenses for us to compile.

Bring any other material that may be questionable and be prepared to discuss your plans and intentions for the future that may affect your taxes.

The more we know about you and the way things have been and are going to be handled, the better we can aide in the challenges against Mr. IRS.

Please remember, this year April 15th is the deadline for you to mail in your tax return, and not the date for us to have them completed, so gather your records quickly.
